OUR DEAR HELEN PEELE DRAWS OUR ATTENTION AWAY FROM THE DUTCH MASTERS AND TOWARDS THE GARDEN AT THE FRICK COLLECTION:

‘If anyone does get a chance to visit the exhibition, you should take 10 minutes to look at the Frick Garden.

It is one of my favourite Russell Page gardens, which has an overall classical french feeling to it. In the summer the walls of the garden are covered with wisteria, clematis, flowering quince and climbing roses.
